The Shoemaker’s Son

Whenever I look at my personal websites I am always reminded of
this idiom:

“The shoemaker’s son always goes barefoot”

I don’t look at it this way in any negative manner. In fact I think my portfolio of work speaks for itself that I have worked with world-class brands, on exciting projects and with some of the best designers and developers in the industry.

Instead I look at it from the perspective that I should give myself a leave pass to not stress about things. I think it’s nice to think of myself as the shoemaker, and my new blog as the shoemaker’s son.
